Product Description:

Grill your favorite foods without firing up the barbeque with this cast iron grill pan. So Much Better Than Uncoated Cast Iron

I have had a couple of cast iron skillets that always seem to develop some weird coatings and I never felt I could get them clean. The enamel coating on this piece is great, because you get the benefits of cast iron with the easy clean up of the enamel. I love this piece!!

I use this grill pan at least three times a week and I really like it. It works great on the stove or in the oven. I do wish it came with a press, but other than that it's a fantastic product. Much easier to clean than I'd thought when I bought it, too.
